Imagine walking into a classroom where chalk dust fills the air and teachers still flip through outdated textbooks. Now, picture a student raised on smartphones and  YouTube  trying to focus there. See the disconnect? Modern learners simply cannot be taught using traditional approaches. Today’s students are tech-savvy, collaborative, fast-paced, and visual. However, far too many schools continue to operate in antiquated ways. The fundamental question, though, is how long can we afford to allow students to feel disconnected in an environment that is supposed to influence their future? We need to close that gap now.
